All MCS employees are required to attend a comprehensive, hands-on training program located at our Akron headquarters prior to contract placement.

Some of our janitorial services include trash disposal, disinfecting tables and chairs, sanitizing floors, high/low dusting, detail vacuuming and restroom cleaning.
Miracle Clean Services assigns an Area Manager to each account to ensure open lines of communication. They are trustworthy individuals who ensure all contracts are performed at the level described in the Scope of Work. Each month, the area manager will conduct a "white glove" test which will be sent to the customer; creating a proactive versus reactive approach.
Cleaning experts say, when compared side-by-side, microfiber is clearly superior to cotton.
That is why we only use color-coded microfiber cloths for our customers. Each job is assigned a specific cloth color to eliminate possible cross contamination. For example, your restrooms will be cleaned with red towels and your desks and office services will be cleaned with blue towels.
